Interview
The interview process was kind of odd. There was no contact with HR in the process. The hiring manager reached out to me, discussed the salary, determined my interest level, and then conducted the initial interview. The second and final interview was with a team of peers. Only two rounds of interviews, and both occurred within about a week of each other. Odd, but definitely not complaining.

Question 1
They asked a bunch of scenario-specific questions -- both of the "tell me about a time when" and "what would you do in this situation?" flavors.
The interview process was very smooth. I was asked a lot of questions regarding customer service and how I would handle different situations. I was also asked what my biggest strength and weakness is.

Why do you want to work for Capital Community Bank?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CCBank in Oct 2024
Interview
In October I interviewed for the Admin Specialist position and was genuinely impressed with the company and the potential opportunity to be part of the team. The interview process itself was fantastic—I felt engaged, valued, and excited about the role. The discussions left me with a strong belief that I could contribute meaningfully to the team's success.
Unfortunately, despite following up several times after the interview, I never received any response. This lack of communication was deeply disheartening, as I had invested time and energy into the process and genuinely believed in the company’s vision.
While I understand that hiring decisions can be challenging, a brief acknowledgment or update would have gone a long way in maintaining goodwill. I hope the company considers improving its follow-up processes for future candidates.
