Scheduled initial screening interview through their online portal, very straightforward. Phone screen was 20 mins, basic questions. Seemed to go well, answered questions quickly and thoughtfully. Nothing was super out of depth. 0 Follow up, 0 rejection, just silence, even after reaching out.

Casual internal interview, no curveball questions. Nice-seeming management who were polite and engaged. We discussed what the expectations were for the role and how it would be managed in broad terms. They also seemed interested in any ideas that could be brought to the position and support the wider team.
