Interview
I had a phone screening with HR and then a video interview with 5 members of the Procurement team. I thought everything went well and that my skills matched what they were looking for. I followed up twice with the hiring manager but never even received an email back. They just ghosted me! Very disappointing, I heard so many good things about CBRE.

This is an entry level position. Are you ok with learning and growing within this role?
I was waiting for the interview for more than 45 minutes, the process was cordial and friendly. I was given a short explanation of the process and the benefits they have However, they took my old cv from another job board
It was a Two stage interview process. I was relieving a staff on maternity leave. First call with HR and the second call with the hiring manager and a manager.

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CBRE (Charlotte, NC) in Oct 2024
Interview
I attended a virtual career fair where a representative from CBRE was doing interviews. We spoke about several positions within the company and he explained CBRE in better detail, letting me know which job postings would be best suited for someone like me. Because it was on the spot interviews the stress of it was less than normal.
