I applied online. I interviewed at CBRE in Jan 2020
Interview
Really nice people but really long interview process. Had about four interviews and counting but was offered another position. Interviews were not difficult mostly personality questions and not too many. I had more questions for them than they had for me.
The conversation was smooth and comfortable. The interviewer clearly explained the role and benefits, asked straightforward questions, and created a welcoming environment that made the interaction easy and professional throughout the interview process.
The interview touched a lot on real estate law, key terms, and specific industry knowledge. Very doable for people with an RE background but I imagine it would be difficult for those who do not have that.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at CBRE (Manila, Manila) in Feb 2025
Interview
The interview process was good. You start with the HR interview (online), then the department's head (online). Might take a while to hear back from them, especially if you have a lot of competition. But if they like you, you'll be directed to the country manager (f2f, for me). Be yourself and be honest.
