I was given a virtual phone screen by a third-party consulting firm. Following this phone screen I had a virtual conference call with members of the team I would be working with.

My interview experience was disappointing. The interviewers lacked enthusiasm. However, the HR team was commendable. The call quality was poor, the connection he had wasn't good, questions were few and bizarre, he was writing jumble code & was asking the output, he lacked organization. The lack of confidence in the interviewer raised concerns about the company's evaluation process. Worst of all he was picking nose on video call without realizing he was on video which was distracting & irritating as hell.

Friendly interviewers and easy interview, completed in 2 days. Asked questions on past experience, behavioural and few technical questions. More on architecture and how your mindset aligns with the team.
