Online application from Seek - after one week I received a phone from one director to have a brief. It was easy-going relax conversation. Then I was invited to attend a face to face interview with another director. The interview was focus on your resume.

Interview
Long and somewhat inefficient. Had to wait a long time to receive feed back about certain items. Used a personality test, which I'm not a hug fan of. The HR people are kind of disorganized but that may be due to the random variety of other tasks they have to do besides just on-boarding.
