CB2 interview questions

Process had been described as multiple rounds. Had initial call then went to first round. Interviewer in first round wasn’t paying great attention and seemed disinterested. I however was very interested. Did not make it to 2nd or 3rd rounds. If you’re a female this job may be better for you. Below the VP level, it would appear on LinkedIn that this company only hires females within the marketing department.

Pretty good at responding to online applications. Initially interviewed with the Store Manager, the Regional Manager and the Area Visual Manager. Experience and authenticity will go a long way! They will look for a candidate that’s genuinely passionate about not only visual merchandising as a whole but the brand itself (and no not in a cultish way lol)
