Thanks for your review of our process. Since we employ anywhere between 20-40 interns in peak times each year (usually for summer), it is not feasible to schedule individual interviews for each candidate, so what you've described here is one of our "Job Fair" events that allow us to best utilize our limited staff time while providing required attention for each candidate. This approach appears to work well for both candidates and our staff. However, we also consider candidates applying outside of this job fair and will conduct some number of individual interviews throughout the year as well.
