Interview
I spoke to one of the recruiters over the phone. They then set up an in-person interview, where I was tentatively scheduled to interview with four people, but the first two interviews ran long (90 minutes total). They went over my background, over the job itself, and asked standard questions. After that was a second in-person interview.

Interview
The interview process was messy. I had multiple people reaching out to me for the same position, they didnt seem to realize that they all had their hands on the same candidate. I ended up interviewing a first round but declined the opportunity as they had hard requirements for a hybrid work schedule and I was looking for more flexibility.

Interview
The interview process was flawless. I had a phone interview with the head of recruiting. She was absolutely wonderful to interview with. Her entire conversation was honest and real. The next two interviews were 30-minute zoom calls with two other Directors. Both Directors were wonderful to meet and they brought the same honest and real conversation. If you are thinking about making a career move and Carvana reaches out. I highly recommend having a conversation with them. Great cutlure and people!
