CARTI interview questions

Behavior based, questions to see how you handle certain situations and how best you will work with CARTI in the future. Was more of a facilitated conversation, driven by the questions but not only talking about the questions.

I enjoyed the interview process, It was made out to be a comfortable environment and I was able to learn a lot about the company and employer. I never received any communication or official decision after the interview though, which I wish I did for peace of mind and a better understanding of why I was taken out of the running.
