I emailed their HR department and was given and interview. Was given the interview in their confrence room in a 1 - on - 1 setting. Interviewer was very nice and helped walk me through the more difficult questions. Was then called with a job offer 4 days later

Conversational approach truly want to get to know you and your background. Generic questions such as tell me about yourself and your background. First was a phone screening and then a video interview depending on position and popularity may make this part longer or shorter. Phone screening was more about you so have questions prepared to ask!

First interview was a typical prescreen phone interview, where we went over my resume and decided which role they’d consider me for. Second interview was a mostly behavioral interview, and it was very conversational for me. and the third one was mostly technical.
