Had two interviews with the company. The first one, they basically asked about the skills mentioned in the job application and if I was familiar or worked with these skills. Then, they gave me a coding assessment to work on. They were pretty lenient with the time offered on the assessment. If you do well on the assessment, you'd have a second interview. The president was in the second interview and it was more or less like the first one. They asked questions about how you would handle a tough project, ways you were keeping up with technology, and a project you were proud of. They will also go over the assessment in the second interview. Small company, but seemed like an overall good place to work at.
