Interview
It was easy. Simple Questions Group interview. (6 People including me.) Dress all black and wear Calvin Klein Clothing for the finishing touch. Try to answer questions first. The interview will take 30 minutes and the questions are simply testing your knowledge on good customer service.
It was through a hiring agency, agency would call up first and proceed to hiring manager interview round. It was smooth and easy, with very basic retail and customer service related questions asked
