Interview
The hiring process was easy when I was hired but that was with the former store manager. For this location, the new manager is very unorganized. In the past 6 months, at least 4 associates have not received their first paycheck on time because he didn't get the information in on time. The process will depend who hires you.
After a discovery call, there will be an in-person interview scheduled with the hiring manager. There will then be another interview, with the Operations ASM over the phone. That way both members of management can compare notes of a prospective hire. If all ends well, they will call any two references you provide. Once your references check out, you will receive your final offer call.

Too many misleading questions. The interviewer seemed irritated that they had to do the interview. I felt like I was inconveniencing them. The staff on the floor looked miserable and tired

You've obviously dealt with a bad customer, what was that like?
very easy i was hired during holiday season basically on spot because they needed people and i had only one previous retail job history. And it only took about 15 minutes , but my friend had to do a group interview.
