CAI Software interview questions

Initial five minute phone interview with the owner, led to in person follow up with two department heads. Final phone interview, with the owner, to offer me the job (pending me going back in and passing a personality compatability test).

On the surface it seemed likeCA was interested in finding the right talent, but in the end it was just a fishing game to see if they could find external talent. My interview was a complete waste of time. I'd be wary of interviewing with them again if you are an external candidate, it probably is a fishing expedition.
