Interview
They employ a five day "working interview"conducted via zoom between 9-5 Mon-Fri and upon conclusion such provide a "feedback" session which is mired in attempting to undermine performance and contrive criticisms in any means avail to them by weeks-end . This is particularly malignant in that you are performing grade a work that is fully deserving of compensation for standard full-time hours and receive not a nickel. Falsifying lateness when you arrive on the dot all five days (with the slight exception of one) and leave when designated or opting not to share screen when prompted. Systematic attempts to collectively gather munition during the "working interview" against the individual in order to obfuscate exceptional work performed over the course of five days. If they took issue with anything you did they make no effort in the slightest to forewarn the individual but hold it against you when suitable for them which is a failing on their part that debases decency. Whatever offhand comment made that can be injurious to your prospects they'll take note and reintroduce it when opportune for them. A substandard, unreflective interview process by a company tackily, desultory run.
Inane, un-achieving activity like providing instructions on making a peanut butter sandwich or a set of questions that utilizes reverse pshcology to distract from the actual answer in a ten question set of trivia. Both of these in retrospect don't serve any purpose outside of filling time during the inextricably non-paying40 hour "interview."
