Sent in my resume after career fair through one of the recruiters who recommended me.
i got a response a week later for a phone interview, which i did and i had 3 more 30 minute interviews over a 4 week period, got an email and phone call with an offer

Question 1
a problem you encountered that you could not solve? how did you eventually solve it
Two interviews with mulitple people, plus a technical writing test. Overall experience was professional and positive. HR got back to me quickly with appropriate feedback and the onboarding process was very helpful and thorough.

Interview
A phone screen which was then followed up by a phone interview. After that there was an in-person interview with one staff member and the hiring manager. There was a 2nd in-person interview with only the director. Not sure if 2 interviews was a scheduling issue or not.
