Shortlist of Resume followed by phone interview. The shortlisted candidates were interviewed in their office. Written test was followed by a stress interview. The written interview was very simple. 10 MCQs followed by 5 descriptive qns. The interviewer mostly checked the analytical skills, situation management and Decision making skills. They gave some case examples and asked how I react to the situation.
