That said, the evaluation criteria felt overly dependent on how well you can recall specific theoretical details in the moment, rather than on actual hands-on experience or problem-solving ability.
It’s a bit funny that after years of professional development experience, your entire seniority can be decided by how precisely you remember a few niche details during one interview.
Would be great if they focused more on real-life scenarios, coding approach, and collaboration skills rather than memory-based questions.
