C.M. Architecture interview questions

Good interview process, nice conference room. Relevant support staff attended. Unfortunately only about 70% of claims were founded and correct. Offers are made quickly, but usually on the low side. MUST counter-offer to get the most out of them as they're a line-item, NOT people-focused company. You do have to be worth what you're asking and do your job. the turnover is extremely high. over a 6 month period, 7 people left. Stepping stone experience builder job is all this is good for in my opinion.
