2. On site interview with supervisor, in the office. Talking deeper and he showed me the job.

Interview
I was called for an office interview with the HR manager at the time. After about 15 minutes going through the basic interview-type format I got to meet with two supervisors from the department I was interviewing for. They told me a bit more about the company, what the responsibilities were for the particular department, typical day to day procedures etc. I was called back the same day for the job.

I cannot remember any particular questions that were difficult or unexpected. It depends on who is interviewing you. I have heard some managers ask questions in the format of "hypothetical situations".
