I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at C.H. Robinson (Eden Prairie, MN) in Aug 2019
Interview
There was a 30-minute phone interview which was initially supposed to be with the hiring manager, but someone else subbed in for him at the last minute because of a scheduling conflict. He mostly asked questions about some of the experiences on my resume. 3 days after that they invited me to an on-site, which was scheduled for a week after the phone interview. It was a short 2-hour process. First, 2 data scientists gave a pretty relaxed 30-minute technical interview, then 3 principal data scientists gave me a 45-minute interview where they mostly asked about some of my past projects, then a principal data scientist and a manager gave me a 45-minute interview involving me walking verbally through a hypothetical case study and some more questions about background and experience. They extended an offer 2 days later, and I accepted 6 days after that.
