I applied online. I interviewed at C.H. Robinson (Stevens Point, WI) in Apr 2013
Interview
After filling out an application, I underwent a lengthy phone interview which lasted approx. 40 mins. and consisted of detailed questions regarding my prior industry experience. This went exceedingly well, but I found the HR - and the entire office staff - at my local branch to be exceedingly unprofessional. Rather than allow me to expound upon my skills and prior experience, they merely fired questions at me while being cold and stand-offish. While waiting for the interview, I noticed the employees there were dressed horribly and behaved rather unprofessionally. This was certainly not what I was expecting from a Fortune 500 company, and I definitely would NOT recommend this firm to anyone else.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at C.H. Robinson (Port St Lucie, FL) in Sept 2021
Interview
phone interview was pretty good and video call interview was fast as well. not under 30 min.managers and HR were really nice. it felt more of a conversation than an interview. make you feel more comfortable.

I applied online. I interviewed at C.H. Robinson (Eden Prairie, MN) in Aug 2020
Interview
- One of the easier interviews I had.
- I'd recommend expressing your interest in growing internally. CH Robinson is very fond of investing in employee's long term
- There was an initial interview with a recruiter/hr and then a second-round interview with a manager.

Question 1
Q: Tell me about yourself
Q: Tell me about your communication experience.
I applied online. I interviewed at C.H. Robinson (Dallas, TX) in Nov 2018
Interview
First: phone interview with recruiter
Second: onsite interview and shadowing
I applied to CH Robinson and got a phone interview with the recruiter, later that day she contacted me to schedule an onsite interview. When i got to there i was asked to shadow 2 employees for 2 hours. I get it they want prospects to know what they are getting into, but 2 hours is a stretch. After the shadowing i interviewed with a Manager and a Supervisor which took less than 30 mins and i was told that i should hear back end of the following week. I decided to email the recruiter the following week and she told me the initial feedback was my interview went well but they are still interviewing other candidates and I should hear back by Friday of that week. It has been over 2 weeks now and no response from them.
Honestly this was all a complete waste of my time, I'm glad that i actually accepted another offer instead of waiting for them.
