The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at C.H. Robinson (Chicago, IL) in Dec 2011
Interview
Simple phone screen, followed by phone interview that lasted about an hour. Typical interview questions "Tell me about yourself" "Why should we choose you?" etc. Then in-person interviews at the branch which included shadowing two representatives, a one-on-two interview, and a "skills test" at the end. The final round was 3 1/2 hours long.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at C.H. Robinson (Eden Prairie, MN)
Interview
The process was really smooth. The recruiter and managers that I interviewed were extremely nice and accommodating. The whole process took around 3 weeks with timely communication. The interview itself felt like a conversation and was heavily based on my past experiences, academics, and role-related skills.
I applied through university. I interviewed at C.H. Robinson
Interview
The interview process was fairly standard. It was done at my campus and the recruiter was very nice. It was a series of behavioral based questions, but still flowed like a conversation.
