Quick process. Was called regarding the position and within a week I had an interview. Then days later was called and offered the position. After agreeing to take the position I was able to start the week after.
Never heard back after HR phone screen despite being told that my experience fit very well with what the role required and would hear back about next steps within 1-3 business days. Just straight up got ghosted.
The recruiter was very informative and it was a great conversation. I ended up not getting a second interview but overall not a bad process compared to some other ones I've been doing.

Very quick. 4 interviews done over the course of 2 days, all conducted virtually. Difficult to manage if you currently have a job, there was clearly pressure to fill roles
