It was an online interview with a Chinese guy. As soon as the interview started, the interviewer directly jumped to the first question: tell me something about yourself, without even introducing himself or making the environment comfortable for both the parties. He looked highly under prepared and not qualified for the position. He looked distracted through out the interview and looked to me that he had major problem understanding English language. I had hopes from this company and was very passionate about joining them, but this negative experience changed everything. MANAGEMENT- PLEASE HIRE GOOD RECRUITERS, otherwise it presents a very bad image of the company. The recruitment team is your first and direct face. Even the best talent in the market will run away if they come across such things during the interview.

Preliminary questions followed by several rounds of interviews. The whole process lasted for three months and the recruitment was put on hold in the very end. I enjoyed all of the conversations although was never sure if any of the inerviews went successful.
