Byte Academy Python Developer Instructor interview questions

I got interviewed at Byte Academy for Python Developer Instructor. The interview rounds were easy. First Round: It was a phone screening round where they asked about my past careers and skills. Second Round: This round was with the manager. He shared the course curriculum that needs to be taught at the academy upon joining. On the next day I got the offer but I rejected. Reason for Rejection: I found out they were offering the salary based on my Degree and not on my skills (I'm a B.Com. graduate but my interest in Computer Science lead to me as a Full-time Software Engineer in a startup company.)
