The Global Talent Acquisition Manager reached out via LinkedIn about an opportunity that wasn't posted. We setup a phone interview that went well. The TA Manager committed to provide an update within 2-6 days, yet kept me in limbo for 10 days, despite my 8 day follow up. Good companies to work at give candidates accurate time line commitments. This is a huge red flag showing that leadership is inconsiderate. I would never keep a candidate waiting that long, none the less a candidate that I sought out.
