I applied online. I interviewed at Butterfly Effects
Interview
I was coming from out of state, so my interview process was all via phone and Skype. After turning in my application, recruitment called about a week later to set up an initial interview. After the initial phone interview, I had a Skype meeting with a BCBA from the area I was moving to. The day after my interview with her, I received a phone call informing me that I would be receiving an offer via email. I already had experience in the job field, so I went through the process pretty quickly.

I applied online. I interviewed at Butterfly Effects (Sacramento, CA) in Aug 2025
Interview
Was hardly an interview, just touched a bit on what I had on my resume then asked for my availability. Didn’t really ask any “interview” questions, and I was hired on the spot.
I interviewed at Butterfly Effects (Baton Rouge, LA)
Interview
I applied for the position. They scheduled me a zoom interview. It was about 30 minutes. They asked why I thought I would be a good candidate for the job and I’d I have any experience with children and autism. A few days later the company contacted me by email with an offer.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Butterfly Effects (Chennai) in May 2025
Interview
The interview process was friendly and structured. I first completed a phone screening that covered my availability and experience with children. This was followed by a virtual interview where I was asked scenario-based questions related to behavior management and client interaction. The interviewer also explained the job responsibilities and training support clearly. It was a smooth process and took about a week overall.
