It was a phone interview then in-person interview and I was offered the role via email. It seemed very easy and simple but I felt uneasy that what they said the job would entail was not true based on reviews

The interview lasted about 30 minutes. The executive director was very friendly and answered all of my questions after the interview. He told me that I answered his questions very well and he told me that he would let me know either way whether they would invite me back or not.

The interview with the Executive Director was a sham, a complete waste of time. This person is clearly not capable of conducting a professional interview and I found them to be confrontational, unfriendly and unable to ask the most basic, relevant or even thoughtful questions. Made a poor impression and did not represent the organization well.
