Interview process straight forward. Interview was done with the direct hiring manager after screening from HR. Given portfolio of brands and asked to present ideas of activities. The company culture is very welcoming.

Interview
Long and thorough discussion based interview with the two nursery managers - around the two hour mark. Asked a variety of questions from personal experience to practical examples. Once discussion interview is complete you are invited back for a "stay and play" to see if you gel with the team/children in a certain room.

It was an online interview. Questions were typical of a nursery interview, including safeguarding questions. The interviewer was friendly and the process felt relaxed. Some of the questions included: how would you act if a child made a disclosure to you and how do children learn
