Smooth process, easy to negotiate with the offer. All online interview so I didn't have to go to actuall office. It saved more money for me and less time, less hustle.

Interview
I cleared the initial assessment. Had a technical phone screening which went pretty good and enjoyed the discussion. However they have a written assessment which I did. I got it on Friday and was given the flexibility to do it over the weekend and was told that if it is good I can have the panel interview on Monday as well. However after submitting the assessment I never got any feedback and I tried to follow up myself via email and no reply what so ever.

Phone screening is a bunch of questions testing your breadth of DS, SQL, CLOUD and distributed systems knowledge.
Written assessment test is regarding multi threaded solution
Their interviewing process is disorganized at best. We're all busy, so I understand but candidates need to be treated with basic respect. Asking for specially created writing samples and then never following up is really beyond rude, particularly now.
