Representatives came to my college campus and spoke about the BuroHappold office in the nearby city. Overall, they were very friendly and portrayed the great company culture. As always, you have to apply online. I was selected for the pre-recorded (pre-screening) interview through an online software.

They gave you approximately 5 logic questions (like what is the sum of all the numbers 1-100) and then proceeded to ask 5 typical Behavioral questions that tie into BuroHappold's goals

The interview process includes meetings with HR and engineer. It begins with a self-introduction, followed by HR asking questions based on the introduction. Then, the engineer asks her own questions, focusing less on technical aspects

Was more conversational and informal in nature. Interview started with questions about myself and knowledge of the company, then I presented a topic of interest relevant to the role and was asked questions about it. A mix of behavioural and competency-based questions.

Met virtually with a director and a manager at the same time and they asked me questions. When I didn't understand the questions fully, they took the time to explain it to me.
