An online “record yourself” interview followed by a teams interview with your direct manager. No technical questions, very conversational. They seemed like they were just trying to gauge your personality and experience to see if you are a good fit. Very pleasant experience overall.

Did the pre-recorded interview. You are allowed to retake your video once, but you have to move on with the new video. They are looking for genuine interest in the company and for how your skills align with what they are seeking.

Tell me a time you used creativity or technology (including AI) to achieve a goal.
It was a pre recorded one online with 6 proper questions and a few short written questions too. It felt relaxed and normal ish conversation questions. You had around 30 seconds to prepare

one time if you mess up. i would recommend using the retake option as the yes rooms does not change
