Interview
Spoke with a Burns employee at a career fair who thought I'd be a good fit with their team. Then had a group call with the local business line manager and one of the lead project managers. Heard back within the next couple weeks with an offer.

The questions were more focused on getting to know me and my interests rather than traditional behavioral questions. For example, one was "why did you choose mechanical engineering as your major".

Interview
Initial in-person basic screening followed by an over-the-phone in-depth technical interview with a panel of 3-4 mechanical engineers and project managers on the team I was interviewing for. They asked in-depth questions about the mechanical engineering classes, principals, and projects I had experience in through university.
