There were Multiple interviews gor the position. I started with the with store manager first and then I interviewed with 2 different district managers and then Human Resources. There was a job offer and then a background check.

Interview process is usually a phone interview with the talent acquisition. Then after that HR interviews you. After the HR interview the regional VP or DM will interview you. After that HR will contact you.
