I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Burlington Stores (New York, NY) in Dec 2014
Interview
The interview was pretty simple. First I met with a woman who wasn't even a manager. She was really sweet and asked easy questions about my previous experience and such. That lasted about 15 minutes and then I met with the Operations Manager in the next room. He was really awesome and asked basically the same questions. That lasted maybe 10 minutes and I was hired on the spot.
Orientation and training was about a week later. I got hired as seasonal, but they ended up asking me to stay permanently. I had a lot of fun at that job and the days went by so fast. I was kind of caught off guard when they changed my position all of a sudden to the merchandising team. Overall, great company to work for. The managers constantly encouraged you and acknowledged your hard work.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Burlington Stores (Horseheads, NY)
Interview
Two brief conversations in person, a very quick process, overall and general questions asked. No tests or physical submissions are required. I was overall pretty satisfied with the process and think it was relatively easy compared to other interviews.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Burlington Stores (Cape Coral, FL) in Apr 2024
Interview
Easy, short and mainly them asking for your info. Was hired on the spot and got a email shorty after for what I need to do for orientation. After you get your associates ID it takes a bit before you are actually in the system.
I applied online. I interviewed at Burlington Stores (Visalia, CA) in Sept 2021
Interview
Interview was fast and easy. She was friendly and professional. It went great. I just knew I had made a good impression. She liked that I had a little of everything on my resume. Be sure you have an extra resume with you for your interview. They like that.
