Very easy interview.
Now because of the pandemic, you begin with a phone interview. From there once you pass that portion, you'll be invited in-person. This is all just a formality. Typically conversation based. From there if accepted you will be introduced to other employees, showed around, and receive further description of your day-to-day.

The process was quick the mod was really nice. We spoke about my experience and my availability. She also asked why do I want to work there. It was a one on one interview.

I applied and got an interview 3 days later. The interview was quick they just asked about myself and what does customer service means to me. I then got the job right then and there and I had to go home to watch video about Burlington.
