Interview
There were two interviews, one online and another in their office. It was fairly friendly and to the point. They were creating a whole new Marketing related team. The process was rather good, but there was barely any feedback. I think I did not make it because my German was not good enough and my Salary expectations were too high.

Question 1
The questions were coming out of a standard Interview pool: share about yourself and your background, why did you apply, and what you expect from the job, and then technical questions regarding the job itself - in my case Graphic Design - what software I use, what are my skills in photo editing, and if I am happy to do this not-so-creative catalogs.
