Fue individual, cada candidato/a hablaba con la encargada del local sobre su Curriculum y ella hacía preguntas generales. Te contaba sobre el puesto y preguntaba por qué debería contratarte a vos. Super linda experiencia pero el puesto no me servía por el horario y la distancia desde mi casa al local.

The interview process was pretty smooth and laid back. I went to the store at 4pm, completed the interview, and before I left knew what my temporary schedule for the following week would be.
