I filled out an online application and the store manager called for an interview about three days after. I arrived to the interview 30 minutes early, and was told I had the job. The rest of the interview was the manager getting to know me. Since this was my first job I didn't have a resume.

I applied through harri.com and had an inperson interview it took around a week and then after interview i got the offer and i joined as a part time employee during my term time

Interview
The interview process was pretty smooth and laid back. I went to the store at 4pm, completed the interview, and before I left knew what my temporary schedule for the following week would be.
