Management Trainee Program (Corporate Focus) Interview

      28 Jan 2013
      Anonymous employee
      Miami, FL
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Burger King (Miami, FL) in Jan 2013

      Interview

Applied through university recruiting. First a phone screen asking simple questions like your GPA and if you can work in the US. Then they set you up with a phone interview with the head of recruiting. Basic phone interview with a case type question at the end to see your analytical thinking. Then they have you take the Hogan assessment (an online personality test). If you pass through all of these then you are flown down to Miami for a super day. The entire interview process of the super day is just to give a 3 minute presentation to the CEO of why they should hire you. The rest of the day is just lunch and touring around the place. They'll call you back within a few days whether you got an offer or not.
