Burger 21 interview questions

I applied online and was contacted within a few days to schedule a phone screening. The recruiter asked basic questions about my availability, past restaurant experience, and why I wanted to work at Burger 21. Next, I had an in-person interview with the manager, which was casual but professional. They walked me through a few situational questions (how I’d handle a busy shift, teamwork examples), and we talked about pay/hours. The whole process took about a week from application to offer. Overall it was friendly, straightforward, and efficient. I’d recommend preparing examples of teamwork and customer service.
