Initial screening call with internal recruiter, and then in person interview with 2 hiring managers who were both friendly. They advised they were looking to make an offer the following week. Chased the internal recruiter for feedback a week later, but he was on leave. Apologised when he returned and asked if I was free the following day to discuss, but then he never responded to emails or rang. I have no issue with being unsuccessful, but I did want the feedback to know what I need to work on in future interviews. It isn't acceptable to ghost candidates.
