I recently interviewed with Bunt & Associates for a Transportation Technologist role. The first stage was an online interview via Teams with the HR manager, which went smoothly and was professional. I advanced to the second round, where I was interviewed alongside three other candidates. In the end, the position was offered to another applicant who already had experience with the software that Bunt & Associates uses. HR reached out to let me know that, for this role, it was easier for them to go with someone already familiar with the tools rather than train a junior candidate. Overall, the process was organized, transparent, and respectful. Even though I wasn’t selected, I appreciated the clear communication from HR and the constructive feedback. It was a positive experience that gave me good insight into the firm’s expectations and professionalism.
