Bull Machines interview questions

Interview process is ok but too slow. After interview, they asked for my last 3 months salary slips. After that i have to follow up with a lot of people for offer letter. No one is ready to take ownership. After 4 months & several follow ups, i got offer letter but it was quit surprising that CTC offered was lower than my current CTC. Again i start following up with HR & interviewer but no response. After 1 month they again called me to Noida for salary discussion & tell me to wait for some time. Again after 1 month of several follow ups, I got a straight forward answer that they can not give me another offer. Its ok for me. But i want to know, If they doesnt have the budget to revise the CTC offered, why they called me second time to Noida ?? Also, how can a company offer a CTC which is lowered to the current CTC of the candidate ??

The interview process is very nice. First step they taken telephonic round interview and after that face to face round. The complete process was taken two week time.
