The whole process was very fast.
I applied online and was invited a couple of days later to a phone interview with HR.
The phone interview with HR was a regular HR screening phone interview and lasted 30 minutes.
The 2nd round was an interview with the Head of Operations. It was a 1-hour interview made of a consulting-like case study.
The 3rd round was an interview with one of the co-founders, mostly around experience and personality.
I was then invited to a 4th round which was another 1-hour interview with him, but related to my experience this time.
Finally, the last round was a 'Meet the team' round. I met 3 teams of 2 Bulb team members, 20min interview with each team, 1 hour total, during which I could ask questions about Bulb, and get a better idea of the company's culture.
I found the whole process to be great as very well rounded. It tests a lot of different skills needed for the job. I really enjoyed meeting everyone. The speed of the process, and the quality of the interviews really convinced me of working for the company.
