It was explicitly mentioned that many other candidates were in the pipeline, which made the experience feel impersonal and dismissive.
Within the first few minutes, I had already lost interest and chose not to ask the questions I had prepared.
The call was recorded without permission, and the camera framing was very close/zoomed in, which made the situation feel unnecessarily intense and uncomfortable. This was not handled in a way that helped create a relaxed or professional interview environment.
