I interviewed with them back in 2023-24 - the interview process was through a recruiting firm and it went smoothly. It was straightforward and there weren't lags in the process.

Question 1
The recruiting firm provided questions ahead of time and allowed me to prepare before the actual interview. The questions ranged from general to situational.
I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Building Decarbonization Coalition in Aug 2023
Interview
The partner recruiter was extremely professional and friendly. There was a phone screening and then two Zoom panel interviews, during which folks took turns asking structured questions. The questions were mostly focused on culture fit and how I would approach things.

Met through a recruiter, did the screening with her. Then took a technical assessment and made it through quite a few panel interviews. The process took something like 5 months from application to rejection.
