The interview came in three parts (two official). We spoke on the phone for a lengthy amount of time and then met in person. I was told many very personal and unprofessional details about the supervisor/owner, but wrote it off thinking she was just open. Very few questions were asked about me and my experience, aspirations, career goals, etc.
